Construction of the new communications center was done by WRL General Contractors, Inc. The new center was constructed as a hardened facility that will withstand a class F4 tornado. As a result, some fairly heavy duty construction techniques were used, especially in regards to the walls.

Below are some pictures taken during construction of the center.
